Todd Roberts has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Todd is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Assistive Technology Development, Inc. Since May 2020. In 2022, they founded Batch 14 at Berkeley SkyDeck, a startup accelerator program affiliated with UC Berkeley. Todd also served as a 2022 Rosenman Innovator at UCSF Rosenman Institute from May to June 2022. From September 2021 to May 2022, Todd was the Founder of Healthcare Catalyst at MassRobotics. Todd was a Principal Investigator at The National Institutes of Health from September 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Todd founded and worked as an Accelerator Founder at Innosphere Ventures from July 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they held positions such as Technical Lead at the National Science Foundation from December 2020 to March 2021, Mechanical Engineer at suitX from August 2019 to August 2020, and Mechanical Engineering Consultant at PTW Design & Development from August 2019 to March 2020. Todd also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Lyndra Therapeutics from February 2019 to August 2019, where they contributed to the development of a simulated stomach environment and co-invented a patent for a stomach simulating device.
Todd Roberts earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Westtown School from 2011 to 2014 and obtained their High School Diploma. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanics at the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, in 2015, Todd obtained certification as a Certified SolidWorks Associate.
