Karina Tewes

Karina Tewes is the SVP CHRO at Atea Danmark. Karina is also an Executive Coach & Strategic Leadership Advisor at Leadership I Change I Culture. With previous experience as a Chief People Officer at Oterra and various HR leadership roles at companies like AS3 Executive and Gain & Co, Karina has a strong background in implementing organizational change and developing leaders. Prior to their HR roles, Karina worked as an Attorney at Kromann Reumert. Karina Tewes holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
