Art Gillespie currently serves as a Member of Technical Staff at Odyssey since November 2023. Prior to this role, Art held multiple positions at Cruise, including Senior Engineering Manager for Autonomous Vehicle Remote Platform and Remote Assistance and Route Planning from March 2021 to November 2023. Art's expertise includes leading the design and development of Voyage's teleoperations solution while serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Voyage from March 2020 to March 2021. As the former CEO of trainify.io and Director of Engineering at Udacity, Art managed significant engineering growth and played a pivotal role in product engineering for enterprise solutions. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Google and Nest Labs, where Art oversaw app development for consumer electronics. Art holds degrees from Belmont University and Murray State University.
