Karoline Hauan

Karoline Hauan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and consulting within the IT and educational sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Deputy Head of Atea Consulting Norway at Atea Norge since October 2020, Karoline has contributed to managing technology challenges and implementing IT infrastructure solutions. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Hauan Consulting since December 2015, Karoline has strategically built learning environments and engaged in various projects and speaking engagements. Experience includes roles such as PMO Manager at IST Group, board member at Opplæringskontoret iLære, and high school teacher. Karoline holds a Master of Science in Education from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway and completed an Executive Education program in Project Management at SKEMA Business School.
