Unnikrishnan M R has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology leadership. Unnikrishnan started their career in 2014 as a Software Developer at Realeffecx Technolabs LLP. Unnikrishnan quickly rose to the position of Chief Technology Officer within a few months and held that role until December 2015.

In 2016, Unnikrishnan joined ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS | Emerging Tech as a Full Stack Engineer. Unnikrishnan demonstrated their skills and capabilities, leading to their promotion as Project Manager in May 2018. Their expertise and leadership qualities were further recognized, and they became the Chief Technology Officer in February 2019. Unnikrishnan held this position for over a year before taking on the role of Senior Software Engineer in April 2020. Currently, Unnikrishnan continues to work as a Senior Software Engineer, displaying their technical proficiency and experience in the field.
