Bailey Hobbs, PMP, currently serves as a CX Project Manager II at Clayton since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing a Voice of the Customer (VoC) dashboard project and automating VoC surveys. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Marketing Specialist at the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority, generating significant advertising revenue, and contributions as a Content Specialist for Laura Elizabeth Graham, among other positions.
