Ian Gilbert

Ian Gilbert is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at both Atec Group Limited and CETA Insurance Ltd since May 2019, Ian has previously held significant positions, including Director of Finance at Blackhawk Network, and Head of Corporate and Commercial Finance at Grass Roots. Ian's expertise spans financial consolidation, M&A advisory, and statutory compliance, with a strong background in operational due diligence and financial planning. Prior to his current roles, Ian worked with PwC UK on M&A advisory and financial due diligence, as well as contributing to performance improvement projects for Vodafone. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the University of York.
