Chris Neighbors attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General. Following this, from 1986 to 1988, Chris pursued further education at Oklahoma State University, where they completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Design Technology.
