Emily Beach

Emily Beach has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Emily began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Nordstrom in 2009, where they worked until 2012. Emily then joined Target as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources for a year. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at Flynt Management Group until 2015. Following that, they worked as a Global Human Resources Manager at BAMKO, an international product sourcing company, from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Emily holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Alphatec Spine, where they have been since 2017.

From 2005 to 2009, Emily Beach attended the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. During their time at the university, they focused on studying Political Science and Government and Human Resources Management.
