Erika Lin

Erika Lin, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erika is currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at Alphatec Spine since May 2023.

Prior to this, Erika held several positions at NuVasive, starting as a Design Engineer from June 2009 to January 2011, and progressing to become a Senior Design Engineer from January 2011 to February 2013. Erika then served as a Project Engineer from February 2013 to April 2017 and as a Senior Project Engineer from February 2015 to April 2017. Erika rose through the ranks and held the position of Lead Project Manager from April 2017 to January 2019, followed by Lead Portfolio Manager from January 2019 to March 2021.

Erika'sresponsibilities increased as they became a Senior Lead Portfolio Manager from March 2021 to June 2022. Lastly, Erika served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO from July 2022 to May 2023 at NuVasive.

Erika'sprofessional journey began at Sony Electronics in July 2006 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, a role they held until June 2009.

Erika Lin, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego. Erika completed their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006. Alongside their academic qualification, Erika also obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2017. Additionally, they secured the certification as a Certified M&A Integration Consultant from PRITCHETT, LP in February 2023.
