Jason Cloud

Jason Cloud has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. Jason is currently working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Alphatec Spine since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sphera from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for incident and management reporting, working with InfoSec to address security threats, and configuring and deploying environments using Azure Pipelines.

Before joining Sphera, Jason worked at IHS from 2006 to 2016. Jason started as a Tier I Technical Support Engineer from 2006 to 2008. Later on, they held the position of SaaS-Technical Engineer from 2011 to 2014, where they focused on authoring documentation, performing beta testing, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues. Additionally, they worked as a Tier III Technical Support Engineer from 2008 to 2011, providing exceptional customer support and resolving escalated issues for both hosted and non-hosted customers.

Jason Cloud obtained a Master of Science in Information Management (MSIM) from Arizona State University, specializing in information management. Jason completed this degree from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Information Systems (MIS) degree at The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2003 to 2006, specializing in the management of information systems.
