Matt Livesay

Matt Livesay has a diverse work experience in the financial and accounting field. Matt is currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting at Alphatec Spine since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Spinal Elements from March 2020 to May 2021, where they were responsible for various finance and accounting functions, including IPO preparation and financial reporting. Before that, Matt held the position of Director of Financial Reporting, CPA, CVA at NuVasive from an unknown start date to March 2020. At NuVasive, they oversaw SEC reporting, global revenue recognition, and other accounting and finance activities. Matt began their career at PwC as a Senior Audit Associate, working with clients from various industries, and later joined Lindsay & Brownell, LLP as a Senior Tax Associate.

Matt Livesay has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Matt has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from NACVA in January 2018 and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of California in March 2009.
