Robert Winn

Robert Winn has extensive work experience in the legal and intellectual property field. Robert currently works at Alphatec Spine as the Director of IP & Legal Affairs, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Patent Counsel from November 2018 to March 2021.

Before joining Alphatec Spine, Robert worked at K&L Gates as a Patent Attorney from May 2014 to November 2018. Robert was responsible for handling patent-related matters during their time there.

Additionally, Robert worked as a Research Assistant at DIPPR Project 801 from April 2005 to November 2005, where they contributed to research projects.

Robert Winn obtained their B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Robert then attended BYU Law School from 2007 to 2010 and earned their J.D. degree. In August 2007, Robert also obtained a certification as a Registered Patent Attorney from the USPTO.
