Sabrina Cremascoli

Sabrina Cremascoli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sabrina currently works at Alphatec Spine as a People & Culture Business Partner, where they started in August 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a People & Culture Generalist and People and Culture Coordinator at the same company from July 2020 to August 2022 and from April 2019 to July 2020, respectively.

Before joining Alphatec Spine, Sabrina worked as a Human Resources Assistant and Reservations Assistant at Associated Students, San Diego State University from September 2017 to February 2019, and from April 2017 to September 2017, respectively. Sabrina also had an internship as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Intern at StepStone Group from May 2018 to August 2018.

Sabrina's experience also includes a role as Development Director at the Society for Human Resource Management - San Diego State University from December 2017 to May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at San Diego Site Pros, Inc from May 2014 to July 2017. Additionally, they served as a Customer Associate at Anthropologie from May 2016 to January 2017.

One notable project Sabrina undertook was as the Director and Producer of the documentary "Beyond the Crossfire." This documentary aimed to reduce violence in the United States and involved marketing through Kickstarter to raise funds. Sabrina traveled to interview bestselling authors and collaborated with mentoring and after-school programs in the SouthSide of Chicago. This project lasted from August 2013 to June 2015.

Sabrina Cremascoli completed their high school education at High Tech High Chula Vista from 2011 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma. Sabrina then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management - Human Resources at San Diego State University from 2015 to 2018.
