Katja Tessmer

Katja Tessmer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and Senior P&C Business Partner at Too Good To Go since June 2025. Prior to this role, Katja held several senior positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Senior People Business Partner and Head of HR & People Business Partnering for APM Terminals in the Nordics. Katja also worked at Nordea from July 2015 to September 2022, where roles included Strategic HR Business Partner and Senior Recruitment Partner. Earlier professional experience includes a project lead position focusing on talent attraction and employer branding at Copenhagen Business School and a role as Associate HR Business Partner at Nordea Markets. Katja holds a Master’s Degree in Business, Languages, and Cultures from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
