Elmer Roberts has extensive experience in the maintenance, construction, and repair of above ground storage tanks (ASTs) across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Tank Maintenance & Repair at ATEC Steel since January 2023, Elmer previously held positions such as Construction Manager at Specialty Tank Services from January 2019 to March 2022, and Sr. Vice President at JET TANK SERVICE LLC from February 2012 to December 2018, where efforts contributed to building the company from the ground up. Earlier career roles at Matrix Service Company included Operations Manager, Project Manager, Field Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Quality Control Inspector, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in operations management and quality assurance. Elmer's academic background includes an Associate of Science degree in Forestry & Wildlife Ecology from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
