Elchin Mammadli

Elchin Mammadli is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Azerbaijan Technical University, obtained in 2016. Currently, Elchin serves as the Head of the Technical Department at ATEF Group of Companies since November 2017, having previously worked as a Design Engineer in the same organization. Prior to this role, Elchin gained valuable experience as a Construction Engineer at Defence Industries from June 2016 to November 2017.
