Tiffany's background includes a role in Talent Acquisition for EMEA at Netflix, where responsibilities encompassed talent strategy and executive hiring during significant growth. Additionally, Tiffany led the New York office as Senior Consultant at The Up Group, specializing in HR executive searches across various functional areas. Early career experiences include positions at Moloney Search, where Tiffany served as a Research Analyst, and as a qualified instructor at the Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Nottingham and a PG Dip in Finance from Birkbeck, University of London.
