Anna Balmaseda

Anna Balmaseda currently serves as the HR Business Partner for EMEA and LATAM at ATEME since October 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with regional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and providing expert guidance on various HR topics. Prior experience includes a role as Translator/Interpreter at TOTAL from June 2013 to April 2016, handling technical documentation translations and facilitating communications in Russian and English during meetings and training sessions. In a previous position as Human Resources Manager at Orto Group from June 2010 to June 2013, duties encompassed personnel management and ensuring compliance with Russian labor laws. Anna Balmaseda began a translation career at Translation Bureau Runa from 2009 to 2010. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from Pomor State University and ongoing MBA studies at ESGRH focusing on Strategic HR Management.
