Bruno Magalhães has over 12 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Bruno started their career at Ericsson, where they worked as a Support Engineer and later as a Systems Integrator. In these roles, they were responsible for fault analysis, performance tests, troubleshooting, and project management. Bruno then joined Nagravision, where they worked as a Systems Engineer, specializing in digital TV systems and performing installations, upgrades, and maintenance for customers in South America. After that, they worked at Thomson Video Networks (later acquired by Harmonic) as a Business Development and Sales Engineer, where they supported the sales organization and demonstrated THVN solutions for customers. Most recently, Bruno worked at ATEME as the Director of Business Development and Sales Engineering Director for the LATAM region. In these roles, they were responsible for developing go-to-market plans, managing a sales engineering team, and leading pre-sales activities. Throughout their career, Bruno has demonstrated strong technical and sales skills, as well as expertise in the Latin American market.

Bruno Magalhães has a diverse education history that spans various fields and institutions. Starting in 2001, they attended the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel where they obtained a degree in Telecommunication Engineering, with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, and Software Development. Following this, they pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2011 to 2012, earning an MBA in Business Management.

In recent years, Bruno Magalhães has engaged in professional development and specialization courses. In 2020, they took an online non-credit course on Design Thinking authorized by HEC Paris. Bruno continued to pursue organizational leadership studies at HEC Paris in 2021, completing a specialization program.
