Luis Ramos

Luis Ramos has a strong background in engineering and technical roles. Luis began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the FIU MAIDROC Research Facility, where they focused on optimization and inverse shape design computations. Luis then transitioned to Univision Communications Inc. as a Broadcast Engineer, where they led projects related to encoding and transmission and conducted demographical analysis. In 2014, they joined Ateme and held various positions, including Field Application Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Director of Support & Deployment, and Director of Engineering. In these roles, they successfully grew teams, implemented customer service metrics, improved support response, and led partner engagement and training. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Customer Engineering at Ateme.

Luis Ramos attended Florida International University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
