Sacha de Gentile-Williams

Sacha de Gentile-Williams is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and business development. Currently serving as Origination Manager at Atempo Growth since January 2025, Sacha is responsible for sourcing investments of £2-50 million in Venture and Growth Debt opportunities within high-growth European companies from Series A to IPO. Prior to this role, Sacha held the position of Commercial Investment Manager at Fuse Capital from August 2023 to January 2025, where involvement in the investment committee was key. Sacha also worked as a UK/EMEA Business Development Executive at IVP from February 2021 to July 2023, and previously gained experience as an Investment Analyst at QXI CAPITAL LTD from August 2015 to June 2019, alongside an internship at Polus Capital Management in June 2013. Sacha holds a BA in Economics and Behavioural Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and has an educational background from Harrow School.
