Heather Shiers

Heather Shiers has extensive experience in product management and Agile coaching, currently serving as Manager Product Owner & Coach Agile at Atempo since February 2001. In this role, Heather collaborates with teams to implement Agile processes that enhance the release of desirable features and products. Previously, Heather held the position of Product Manager for Time Navigator, where responsibilities included liaising with departments and assessing customer needs to align with market trends. Prior to Atempo, Heather worked as Training Manager and IT Manager at ADIC Europe from March 1998 to March 2001, focusing on the operational efficiency of the ADIC France network and addressing technical issues collaboratively.
