Patty Sison-Arroyo

Patty Sison-Arroyo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in academic and nonprofit sectors. Since 2009, Patty has held various prominent roles at Ateneo de Manila University, including Faculty Member, Senior University Legal Counsel, Assistant to the Dean, and Director of the Ateneo Human Rights Center Child Rights Desk. Previously, Patty served on the Global Board of Directors for International Justice Mission from 2013 to 2022 and was a Private Individual Member of the Board of Trustees for the Council for the Welfare of Children from 2014 to 2016. Patty's earlier career includes positions as Executive Director and Deputy Director at International Justice Mission and an Associate role at Quisumbing Torres. Academically, Patty holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University, complemented by foundational education at St. Paul College of Quezon City and Holy Spirit School.
