Fabricio Gonçalves, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IP network operations and engineering, currently serving as a Senior IP Network/Operations Engineer at a global firm since October 2021, where responsibilities include SDWAN and IP network troubleshooting, proactive management, and collaboration with R&D and Pre-sales.
