Raffael Gomes

Raffael Gomes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and customer support. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor and TikTok Product Support Team Lead at Atento since March 2023, Raffael leads a Technical Product Specialist team focused on TikTok Monetization Product Operation. Previously, Raffael worked at Wix.com from June 2020 to February 2023 in various roles, including Supervisor for De-Escalation & Approvals in the Customer Solutions sector.
