Previously, Romain excelled as a Business Unit Manager focused on defense, achieving significant business growth and HR management successes. Their earlier roles at Thales included Bid Manager and Project Manager, where Romain led cross-functional teams and developed strategic responses for major projects. Romain holds an engineering diploma from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
