Michael Kaas

Michael Kaas is an experienced professional with over 23 years in the fastener industry, including a decade specializing in the electric vehicle (EV) sector. Currently serving as an EV Sales Engineer at both ATF Inc. and RIFAST Systems since June 2021, Michael focuses on enhancing lean productivity for EV OEMs through engineered design joining solutions. Previously, Michael held positions at Bossard, Inc. from May 2011 to June 2021, including Senior Application Engineer and Application Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed strategic account management and establishing productive relationships with key customer accounts. Michael’s career began at the Bossard Group in February 1998, also serving as a team leader at Bossard Denmark. Michael earned a mechanical engineering degree from the Engineering College of Copenhagen between 1996 and 1998.
