James Poto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at ATG since April 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at FIS, where they held several roles including Product Owner, Project Manager, and Sales Operations Analyst - Process Automation. James'stenure at FIS lasted from June 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining FIS, James worked at iSqFt as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, providing data-driven insights to sales and business leadership. James had additional responsibilities in project management and cross-training. James also held the position of Sales Operations Analyst at iSqFt, where they collaborated with sales and retention leaders to develop and deliver key reporting and analytical support initiatives.

Earlier in their career, James worked as a Technical Service Engineer at Turner Construction Company - FMS, where they served from March 2012 to May 2014. James also worked as an Assistant Manager at GameStop from September 2007 to February 2012. James started their professional journey as a Customer Service Representative at GE Capital in June 2004 before leaving in January 2005.
