Jyothi Rachakonda

Jyothi Rachakonda is an experienced business systems analyst and finance technology manager with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst Lead at Talkdesk since May 2025, Jyothi previously held roles at Stem, Inc. as Manager of Finance Technology and Senior Business Systems Analyst from July 2022 to May 2025, and at Confluent as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst from July 2019 to July 2022. With a career spanning over a decade, Jyothi has also worked as a Manager at SOAProjects, Inc., a Business Systems Analyst at World IP Phone Inc and Guidewire Software, and a Financial Functional Consultant at SunPower Corporation, among other positions.
