Vikas Ghate is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Renewable Projects at Atha Group since September 2016, focusing on solar projects. Prior to this role, Vikas worked as a Solar Power Professional at kWatt Solutions Private Limited for a brief period in early 2016. Vikas's extensive career in the industry includes significant positions at Essar Steel as Joint General Manager from 2006 to 2015 and at ISPAT Industries Limited as Manager of Electrical from 1989 to 2006. Vikas holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College Durgapur, completed in 1987, and attended Higher Secondary School Sector 1 Bhilai from 1976 to 1982.
