Austin Myers

Austin Myers is a Customer Success Manager at Athelas, where responsibilities include managing nearly 100 RPM accounts and deploying tailored solutions to address account complaints. Previously, Austin served as the Head of Retention, establishing a patient retention process and leading a team, and as a Deployment Specialist, where significant achievements included setting a record for patient calls and consistently exceeding performance metrics. Prior experience includes working as a Field Engineer at Alder Construction and as a Material Handler at Pacific Coast Supply, LLC. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Processing at Western Governors University.
