Brendan Howe

Brendan Howe has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Shift Lead at Smith since September 2021, where a new scheduling system implementation led to a 50% reduction in callouts. Prior experience includes completion of a Full Stack Software Engineering program at General Assembly, building a strong foundation in web development. Brendan has also worked as a writer for various publications, including Chamber Music Magazine and VAN Magazine, where engaging interviews and extensive research were key contributions. Additional roles involved creating educational materials as a TOEFL Instructor and providing employment support at the Multi-Service Center. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has international experience studying at the University of Bristol.
