Justin Cosmano

Justin Cosmano is an experienced talent advisor and recruiter, currently serving as a Talent Advisor at Athena Advisory Inc. since October 2021 and as a Recruiter for Code the Technical Talent Agency since September 2019, where a focus on establishing relationships with Colorado's startups is emphasized. Prior experience includes working as the first Product Manager at Blyncsy, a venture-backed IoT startup, from 2016 to 2018, contributing to product development, customer success, business development, and fundraising.
