Jak possesses extensive experience in the cannabis industry and facility management, currently serving as Market Manager and Facility Advisor for Europe, the United Kingdom, and South Africa at Athena Ag, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jak held the position of Business Development Commercial Facilities, along with being a Cultivation Advisor. Additional experience includes working at Luxx Lighting as a Cultivation Advisor from January 2020 to April 2022, and as a Cultivation Manager from 2011 to March 2021. Jak also contributed expertise in cannabis facility consulting and SOP planning at Ninsar from October 2018 to June 2020 and led a team at Jaguar Land Rover from June 2013 to January 2020.
