Anya A'Hearn

Anya A'Hearn is an accomplished data visualization and democratization expert currently serving as the Director of Data Visualization and Democratization at Blue Shield of California since January 2023, where efforts focus on enhancing data-driven transformation across the enterprise. As a Managing Director at DataBlick LLC since 2004, Anya specializes in transforming data into actionable tools and leads a team of top Tableau talent. Anya is also a member of Athena Alliance, supporting women leaders in achieving impact across various sectors. Previous experience includes a role as a Business Intelligence Consultant and Project Manager at Visa, contributing to the development of data visualization products for major clients. Anya holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
