Sharon Brown-Hruska

Sharon Brown-Hruska, PhD, is a prominent figure in the financial and regulatory sectors, currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors for Athena Technology II and Chairman of the Regulatory Oversight Committee at FMX Futures Exchange. With extensive experience as Principal and Managing Director of Hruska Economics LLC since September 2021, Sharon provides expertise in regulation and compliance. Previously, as Chief Economist for the U.S. Department of State and Managing Director at NERA Economic Consulting, Sharon specialized in BSA/AML compliance and offered expert testimony in litigation involving securities and derivatives.
