Mairead and her team specialize in social media listening and reporting, gathering and organizing statistical insights to help clients understand how they are perceived. She spent several years in the customer experience space with two prominent players in the pay-TV and streaming industries. In these roles, Mairead launched and managed a social media listening program and developed and executed a social media care strategy, which included activating new digital contact channels like WhatsApp and Google Business Messages.
