Andrew Moss

Andrew Moss is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various senior management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at VINCI since October 2025, Andrew previously held the same title at Kier Group from November 2014 to October 2025 and at Balfour Beatty plc from January 2012 to October 2025, where notable contributions were made to the Building Schools for the Future programme. Prior experience includes project management at Artisan Developments and senior construction management roles at Lend Lease. Andrew started a career in construction as a Carpenter Foreman at Seddon, later advancing to General Foreman Engineer at Shepherd Construction Ltd. Andrew holds an ONC and HNC in Building Studies with Distinction from The University of Bolton, obtained between 1989 and 1997.
