Dahlia Romana-Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in various roles. Dahlia began their career in 2007 at Sitel, where they held progressively senior positions in operations management. Dahlia then moved on to Sutherland as a Business Director, before joining Accenture as a Service Delivery Lead. Following that, they worked at TaskUs as an Operations Director and at 24-7 Intouch as a Director of Operations. Dahlia then served as the Director of Operations at TELUS International Philippines. Recently, they joined Athena as the Client Experience Manager before being promoted to the role of Client Sales & Onboarding Lead. Dahlia Romana-Taylor has expertise in operations management and service delivery and has demonstrated their ability to lead teams and drive results throughout their career.

Dahlia Romana-Taylor obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
