Gersie Joy Soriano, RN, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Recall.ai since March 2024 and has been an Executive Partner at Athena since March 2021. With extensive experience in optimizing operational efficiency, managing complex projects, and ensuring effective communication, Gersie has also held positions such as Support/Project Manager at Remi and Candidates Team EA at On Deck. Previous roles include Escalations, Warranty and Logistics at MicroSourcing and Complaints Resolution Supervisor at Bureauserv Ltd, emphasizing skills in customer relations and complaints management.
