Tim Walter

Tim Walter has extensive work experience in customer experience design and user experience design. Tim has held various roles at different companies, including Athena Home Loans, QBE Insurance, Symplicit, ASX, DT, American Express, and Satsuma Solutions. Tim has worked in leadership positions, guiding and shaping the user experience deliverables, advocating for Human Centered Design, and collaborating with product teams. Tim has also conducted user research, defined product features, and developed testing strategies. Tim has worked with clients and industries across a variety of sectors, including finance, insurance, and technology.

Tim Walter graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. In 2014, they attended General Assembly to receive training in User Experience Design.
