Fiona MacLeod Budge

Fiona MacLeod Budge is an experienced educator and researcher specializing in communication, participatory research, and advocacy, currently serving as a Teacher/Supervisor at Athena - Research and Education Institute since October 2022. Fiona has a strong background as a Researcher/Consultant at to-the-point-consultancy since February 2015, where expertise includes course design and facilitation. Previous roles include Senior Researcher at to-the-point-consultancy, focusing on inclusion practices and communication for health workers, and Senior Researcher at Disability Studies in Nederland, exploring perceptions of inclusion among intellectually disabled individuals.
