Allie Griswold

Allie Griswold has worked for McKinsey & Company since 2014, beginning as a Summer Business Analyst. Allie was promoted to Business Analyst in 2015, where they executed transformations across consumer goods, basic materials, and healthcare through trust-based relationships, targeted analytics, and creative problem solving. In 2019, they returned to McKinsey & Company as an Alumni Consultant. Prior to this, Allie was Co-Founder of AthenaClub, a company focused on high-quality and affordable period products, from 2018. From 2011 to 2014, Allie was an Intern at The Hill School Alumni Office.

Allie Griswold attended The Hill School from 2007 to 2011, and then the University of Virginia from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Commerce.
