Drew M. Haddock has worked in various roles across several companies since 2008. In 2008, they worked as Warehouse Staff for XPEDX- International Paper - Warehouse. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Packaging Engineer Intern, where they were responsible for Global Distribution Project (Blister Standardization) and Testing. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they held roles as Assistant Manager - Package Development at Origins Skincare, Assistant Manager - Package Development at Ojon Haircare, Package Development - Value Analysis and Line Maintenance, and Analyst - Package Testing. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at L'Oréal as Manager - LUXE Development at Kiehl's. Currently, they are working at Glossier as Senior Manager - Package Development and at Athena Club as VP, Product and Product Director, where their mission is to create the absolute best products, all in one place.

Drew M. Haddock attended Michigan State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Packaging Engineering. Drew M. also obtained a High School Diploma from Wylie E. Groves High School between 2002 and 2006. In 2014, they obtained the IoPP Certified Packaging Professional certification from the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
