Diwakar Narayan

Diwakar Narayan possesses extensive experience in incident management and business processes, currently serving as Senior Manager of Incident Management at athenahealth since June 2021. Prior to this role, Diwakar worked as Business Process Lead at Toll Group and gained valuable expertise as a Senior Process Consultant at Atos. Previous positions include Senior Infrastructure Engineer and Major Incident Manager at Mphasis, as well as roles at Wipro BPO, where Diwakar advanced from Customer Service Associate to Senior Associate.
