Jim Dhein

Jim Dhein has extensive experience in sales and strategic leadership within the healthcare technology sector. At athenahealth, from January 2018 to December 2019, Jim served as Director of Urgent Care Strategy & Sales and Director of Client Sales, leading a team focused on client growth initiatives and service expansions. Prior to that, Jim held significant roles at RelayHealth from September 2007 to December 2012, including Director of Sales, West, and VP of Business Development, where responsibilities included C-suite strategic planning and partnership negotiations. Jim also served as VP of Corporate Accounts and Director of Channel Partner Solutions, driving strategies in the national account marketplace and negotiating strategic partnerships. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Indirect Sales Channel at GE Healthcare, where Jim re-engineered sales strategies for small medical groups and introduced Six Sigma practices. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from the University of Portland.
