Joe Villasenor

Joe (J.D.) Villasenor is an experienced professional with a strong background in process improvement and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Process Excellence Manager at athenahealth since July 2024 and President Elect of the Texas Exes Comal County Chapter since May 2023, Villasenor has previously held significant roles, including Lead Process Engineer at Wells Fargo and Process Engineer Lead at USAA, focusing on enhancing business management strategies and member experiences. With a military background as S6 NCOIC in the US Army, Villasenor has developed expertise in network systems and signal support. Additionally, Villasenor served as a Process Improvement Specialist at The Corpus Christi Army Depot, certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, mentoring others in process optimization.
