Kate Townsend

Kate Townsend has over a decade of experience in coaching, training, and customer care within the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the Coaching and Training Services Manager at athenahealth since June 2016. Townsend's career at athenahealth also includes positions as Senior Coaching and Training Services Associate, Coaching and Administrative Training Associate, and Customer Care Quality Associate. Prior to athenahealth, Townsend worked as a Sales Associate at Time Warner Cable from August 2011 to June 2016. An alumnus of the University of Maine, Townsend earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine and Studio Arts in 2010.
