Vamsi Gundlapalli

Vamsi Gundlapalli is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Since June 2016, Vamsi has served as Principal Member of Technical Staff and Lead Developer at athenahealth, contributing to various projects with a focus on stability, architectural improvements, and DevOps principles. Prior to athenahealth, Vamsi held multiple leadership positions at ACI Worldwide from August 2006 to May 2016, including Engineering Lead and Principal Software Engineer, where accomplishments ranged from reducing transaction timeouts to implementing continuous deployment strategies. Vamsi's earlier experience includes roles at Politzer & Haney, VisionSoft, Inc., and Intrak Software Systems. Vamsi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and an M.B.A. in Information Security from Bellevue University, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
